We accept pets in select units. Please refere to the unit description to see if pets are accepted.
There is a limit of 2 animals per unit.
For dogs over the age of 12 months: $200 deposit non-refundable per pet, . Pet rent is $35 per month per pet.
For dogs under 12 months: $350 deposit non-refundable per pet. Pet rent is $35 per month per pet.
For cats: $200 deposit non-refundable. Pet rent is $35 per month per pet.
Dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered if over six months of age.
Breed Restrictions:
No breeds restricted by the city in which the unit you are applying for is in.
No breeds restricted in the state of Colorado.
Any dogs considered "dangerous breeds", or dangerous breed mix, including, but not limited to, Chow Chow, Doberman, Wolf-Dog Hybrid, German Shepard, Rottweiler, and Pit Bull require owners to cary dog bite liability or dog liability insurance with the property mangagement company and property owner listed as additional insured. Please contact us if you are uncertain if your dog is considered a dangerous breed.
